It's really pek cek when i have to tell the foreigners and sometimes, even locals, the rates even though they can see it clearly on the rates board behind me.
It is even more pek cek when, after telling them the rates, they go over to the next door rival to change.
Especially, when our selling rate is lower.
To them, everything high means good.
