This caucasian bitch came over to buy an international calling card from me to make calls to UK and Australia. When i showed her the steps to making the call, all she kept saying was, "oh.. this is so difficult!" But somehow i managed to convince her to take it by telling her it's much cheaper than those insert cards.
Then, she came back. Apparently, she couldn't make the call. So my junior(worked less than a month)went out to help her. But they came back again.
The problem was.. she keyed in the UK country code and dialed the Australian number.
That's for not listening and with her entire mind occupied with the 'DIFFICULT' word.
So i told her what' the problem was and off she go again, this time without my junior 'cause she claimed she knows how.
5 mins later she came back again. Frustrated. And demanded a refund. I wanted to help her to make the call but she kept ranting that she needed to make an urgent call and was gonna go find another place to make the call and kept pestering me to give her the money back AND said that she was getting angry(like it's my fault). Once i make sure that the value inside was untouched, i shooed her away with the money.
I was damn fed up can!!
If she was THAT urgent, she would have let my junior accompanied her to the booth to try and make the call again.
